Therapy for Residents
of Tysons
Tysons residents who come to therapy often have a pretty good sense of what's going on with them — they've looked inward, they know the vocabulary. What they're looking for isn't someone to explain anxiety or trauma to them. It's someone who can actually help them change. Tysons has become one of the region's major corporate hubs, home to some of the largest employers in Northern Virginia. The culture that comes with that — high output, high expectations, and a premium placed on performance — creates a specific kind of anxiety that can be hard to name because it looks so much like ambition from the outside. If you're functioning at a high level and quietly struggling underneath it, you're in the right place.
